  - The installation package is available from the FTP server:
    - ftp.software.ibm.com.  

  - Directory:

  - When downloading the 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.EXE file, be sure to 
    download it in BINARY mode. The 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.README_enu.htm
    and 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.README.FTP files are in ASCII (HTML files).

  - The following information provides instructions for starting the 
    installation. Before starting the installation, be sure that you have 
    downloaded the correct 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.EXE file. It is also a 
    good idea to review the 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.README_enu.htm file 
    before performing the installation, in order to acquaint yourself with 
    what is new in this utility.

  - This package is for OS/400 V5R2M0 or later. The OS/400 savefile will
    only install on OS/400 V5R2M0 or later.

  - Installation instructions:
    1) Extract the installation image by running the desired executable:
       - 5.4.3.0-TIV-TSMBAC-OS400.EXE
      
       Extract the files into a Windows path that you can find later.

       This creates one file on your Windows system. 
       - qansapi.file, the SAVEFILE used to load the product on OS/400

    2) Complete the installation by uploading the savefile to your OS/400
       system and restoring the license program product from it. Here are 
       the steps to do this.
       - create a savefile in a library (for example, MYLIB):
         CRTSAVF FILE(MYLIB/QANSAPI)
       - use FTP to send the file to the OS/400 system in binary:
         ftp prompt> cd mylib
         ftp prompt> bin
         ftp prompt> put qansapi.file
       - restore the licensed program product 5733197:
         RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733197) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(MYLIB/QANSAPI)
