The file lines-3.0.1-sparc-Solaris2.tar.Z is a compressed tar file containing
lines 3.0.1 and btedit for Solaris 2.x on a sparc system.  The executables were
generated using 3.0.1 of the SunPro compiler and have been minimally tested
under Solaris 2.3 and EA 2.4 (load, browse, report generation).  No changes
were necessary to compile the source code.

If you use the Solaris 2.x version please send both Tom (ttw@petrel.att.com)
and I (fred@stsci.edu) email when you pick it up or if you have problems
running it.
