This document  is not yet  available, and is  probably never going  to be
written for  this version of LISTSERV.  You are advised to  read the very
good  "cookbook"  on  the  file  server  functions  written  by  Ben  Chi
<BEC@ALBNYVM1>, which you  can obtain via 'TELL LISTSERV  AT ALBNYVM1 GET
FSV GUIDE'.  Ben got over a  thousand e-mail requests for  his manual, so
please order the document from the server to save him time.
