For example an NNTP (Netnews) client is supported as one of the internal "Utilities" (like Gopher, Telnet, FTP, PH clients). Please see the AAREADME.210 file for details. USING THE SPELL CHECKER At the Compose screen note the Spell Check button. Please read the file c:\cacslip\MAIL\SPELL\AMSPELL.DOC or c:\cacbackb\MAIL\SPELL\AMSPELL.DOC. When the Compose screen Spell Check button is clicked (or press Alt-p), the spell checker loads its dictionary and checks the text of the Compose screen. Words not found in the dictionary are presented one at a time; correction may from the list (use DownArrow key to put the cursor on one), corrected by hand (see the bottom line and use RightArrow/LeftArrow, Insert/Delete, type over) to make your own correction, or press Enter to make no correction and move on to the next un-recognized word. After processing the last recognized word in this manner, screen control returns to the Compose screen with any corrections made updated there. You may also use AMSPELL to spell check any DOS Text file by issuing the DOS commands (for example): CD c:\cacslip\mail\spell SPELL filespec or SPELL (displays menu) or SPELL ? (to display brief Help) Again, see AMSPELL.DOC for more information. USING NUPOP 2.10 NNTP (NETNEWS) CLIENT Click on Options/News to bring up the NNTP screen. See documentation in file One nice feature of NUPOP 2.10 built-in NNTP client is that it keeps News articles in mail boxes (which may be manipulated as any NUPOP mail box may). Please see the text file AAREADME.210 for details on using this client. HDK
